一种基于分解策略的再调度方法
A Reactive Scheduling Method Based on Decomposition Strategy

【摘要】 该文提出一种基于连续时间描述的MILP再调度方案,该算法以当前的调度计划为基础同时将新订单到达、设备故障两种实时动态因素考虑在内,这种方法适用于需要考虑订单交货期和顺序相关的设备调整时间的情况。算法核心思想是从提高效率避免完全再调度出发,对当前调度任务进行局部调整,包括变化任务开工时间、任务再排序等;通过一个印染生产线上的再调度实例验证该方法的可行性,并与现有方法做了对比。
【Abstract】 This paper provides a MILP-based reactive scheduling solution with continuous time representation. The method can deal with new order arrival and unit breakdown by adjusting the current job arrangement, it can be used in the workshop where order due date and sequence-related setup time are considered. The core idea of this method is to partly adjust the present schedule,including modification of job starting time as well as job reordering.Finally,we have proved the feasibility of this method by using a real case in the printing and dyeing workshop.
