【摘要】 目的:分析健康人群、业健康人群与慢性病人群在不同年龄阶段中医脾虚证检出率及其症状严重程度、持续时间的特点。方法:对20-79岁固定群体中医脾虚证症状严重程度、持续时间等资料进行观察记录,采用SPSS 17.0软件包进行统计学处理,检出率采用χ~2检验,症状评分值采用秩和检验;对脾虚证的诊断、症状及其相关因素进行统计分析,用非条件Logistic多元逐步回归方法筛选变量获得回归方程数学模型,对不同年龄组健康人群、亚健康人群及慢性病人群的脾虚证的症状分布,采用临床流行病学研究方法进行资料统计分析。结果:伴随增龄,中医脾虚证的检出率、症状严重程度、症状持续时间总体上均呈上升趋势,但年龄不是影响中医脾虚证发生的直接因素,不同年龄组、不同健康状况人群脾虚证的症状分布情况具有一定规律性。结论:伴随年龄增长,脾虚不仅对健康人群身体状况产生影响,而且是亚健康及慢性病人群的重要病变机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the detectable rate,symptom severity,symptom duration of TCM spleen deficiency syndrome of health people,sub-health people and people with chronic disease at different ages.Methods:Observing and recording symptom severity,duration and other relevant information of TCM spleen deficiency syndrome in fixed population from 20 to 79. Data processing executed with statistical package SPSS 17.0,the detectable rate by usingχ~2 test,symptom score values by using the Wilcoxon test.Analyze symptom severity,duration and other relevant information of TCM spleen deficiency syndrome,with non-conditional Logistic stepwise regression to screen variables and ultimately find the regression equation mathematical model. Analyze distribution of symptom on TCM spleen deficiency syndrome of health people,sub-health people and people with chronic disease at different ages statistically with methods of clinical epidemiology.Results:Detectable rate,symptom severity and symptom duration of TCM spleen deficiency syndrome showed an upward trend with aging generally.Characters of TCM spleen deficiency syndrome symptom distribution had certain regularities.Conclusion:Spleen deficiency could not only influence health people,but also played an important role in the mechanism of sub-health people and people with chronic disease.更多还原
