【摘要】 目的:观察亚健康状态大学生中药干预前后脉象客观量化指标变化,为中医客观诊断和亚健康的疗效评价提供客观研究依据。方法:辨证筛选大学生亚健康状态气虚型、血虚型、阴虚型、气郁型,各20例,分别予以四君子汤、四物汤、六味地黄汤、柴胡疏肝散干预2周。检测中药干预前后脉图指标变化。结果:气虚组中,中药干预后h₁、S、As、Ad值显著增高（P<0.05）,h5/h1值显著降低（P<0.05）;血虚组中,中药干预后h₁、S、As、Ad值与中药干预前相比显著增高（P<0.05）;阴虚组及气郁组中,中药干预后h₁、h₅、S、As、Ad值与中药干预前相比,均显著增高（P<0.05）。结论:脉图指标可一定程度地反映亚健康状态的变化,适用于亚健康的辨证和疗效评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes of pulse specification in college students with sub-health state intervened by herbal prescriptions,in an attempt to provide evidences for TCM diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation.Methods:A total of 80 sub-health college students were randomly divided into qi-deficiency group,blood-deficiency group,yin-deficiency group and qi-depression group（20 cases in each group）,and were respectively given Sijunzi Decoction,Siwu Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and Chaihu Shugan Dowder for two weeks.The pulse was digitally detected before and after herbal intervention.Results: There existed significant difference in h₁,S,As,Ad,h₅/h₁ before and after herbal intervention in qi-deficiency group（P<0.05）;there existed significant difference in h₁,S,As,Ad before and after herbal intervention in blood-deficiency group and qi-depression group （P<0.05）;there existed significant difference in h₁,h₅,S,As,Ad before and after herbal intervention in yin-deficiency group and qi-depression group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Pulse index can reflect sub-health state to some degrees,and is thus feasible to pattern identification and evaluation of sub-health state.更多还原
