【摘要】 支气管哮喘慢性持续期是哮喘预后转归的关键时期,李友林教授认为以肺脾为核心的脏腑功能状态决定着哮喘的疾病转归,将前人"温润辛金法"与中医"扶正培本"原则相结合,由此创立"温润辛金培脾"法则,在临床上着重从肺脾论治,兼顾他脏,往往效如桴鼓。文章阐述了李友林教授依照以肺脾为核心的脏腑辨证观来治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的理论基础,并附验案加以说明,揭示李友林教授治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的辨证及用药特点,以期对临床治疗有所启发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic persistent bronchial asthma is the critical point for the patients,professor LI considered the functional status of viscera which focus on lung and spleen determining prognosis of bronchial asthma.He always treats chronic persistent bronchial asthma based on lung and spleen,using the method named ’warming and moisturize lung with supplementing spleen’ which has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of treating chronic persistent bronchial asthma based on lung and spleen.Four specific medical cases record are given at the end to reveal the professors LI’S special therapy for chronic persistent bronchial asthma,in order to inspire clinical treatment.更多还原
