西药联合金匮肾气丸治疗代谢综合征肾损害临床观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨补肾西药联合金匮肾气丸治疗代谢综合征(MS)所致慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)肾损害及胰岛素抵抗的效果。方法:120例随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,两组均用西药治疗,治疗组同时加用金匮肾气丸,12周为一疗程,共2个疗程。观察治疗前后尿白蛋白/尿肌酐(ACR),内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-R)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血脂等指标的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组ACR、CRP、HOMA-R比较差异有统计学意义(P<0 05),HDL、LDL差异无统计学意义(P>0 05)。结论:金匮肾气丸可改善肾损害实验室指标,改善胰岛素抵抗,减轻体内炎性反应,改善脂代谢异常。更多还原
