【摘要】 目的:探讨六味地黄丸、甘利欣的保肝效果。方法:六味地黄丸加甘利欣(治疗组)治疗慢性病毒肝炎肝功能持续异常160例,与单用甘利欣(对照组)治疗100例进行疗效比较。结果:两个月内有效率及临床基本治愈率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),停药后的1个月的反跳率明显低于对照组,治疗过程中未发现明显副作用。结论:六味地黄丸加甘利欣治疗慢病毒性肝炎肝功能持续异常,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the liver protective effect of liuwei dihuang pill.Methods:To treat 160 cases of chronic virus hepatitis with liuwei dihuang pill and GanLiXin,compared with the control group,which treated with GanLiXin alone.Results:The effective power and basi - cure rate of treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.01) in two monthes,rebound rate significantly lower than the control group after discontinuation in a month:Conclusion:The treatment of liuwei dihuang pill and GanLiXin treat on continuous abnormal of chronic virus hepatitis was safe and effective.更多还原
