【摘要】 目的:客观评价临床上疏肝调神针灸方案治疗抑郁症的有效性及安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的163例抑郁症受试者随机分为针灸疏肝调神组、穴位浅刺组和非穴位浅刺组,分别进行操作方法不同的针刺、艾灸、埋皮内针的治疗。3组治疗每周2次,共治疗12周。在4个不同时点对总有效率、HAMD抑郁量表和中医证候量表评分进行测量,结合严重不良反应记录以评价疏肝调神针灸方案治疗抑郁症的有效性和安全性。结果:疏肝调神组治疗后的总有效率为93.62%,与非穴位浅刺组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0125);在以HAMD抑郁量表和中医证候量表为测量指标的评价中,疏肝调神组、穴位浅刺组在治疗后各时点评分优于非穴位浅刺组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);其中疏肝调神组的疗效最佳。并且,临床未发现明显不良反应。结论:疏肝调神针灸方案能提高临床总有效率,可改善抑郁症患者HAMD抑郁量表评分和中医证候量表评分,是一种有效、安全的方法,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture group of soothing the liver qi and regulating the spirit in the treatment of depression.Methods: The 163 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups: Acupuncture group of soothing the liver qi and regulating the spirit,Superficial acupuncture group,Superficial acupuncture group of non-acupoint acupuncture.Three groups’ treatments are arranged as 2 times per week,totally 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy by total effective rate,HAMD scale and syndrome rating scale were evaluated at 4 different time points,and the side-effects were written down if it happened.Results: The total efficacy rate of treatment group was 93.62%,compared with the non-acupoint superficial acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0125).In the evaluation of the HAMD scale and syndrome rating scale,the efficacy of the acupuncture group of soothing the liver qi and regulating the spirit and the superficial acupuncture group were better than the superficial acupuncture group of non-acupoint,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the efficacy of the acupuncture group of soothing the liver qi and regulating the spirit was the best.There was no serious side-effects.Conclusion: This study shows that Acupuncture to soothing the liver qi and regulating the spirit is effective and safe in improving the spirits of depression patients and it has a good application and promotion prospects.更多还原
