【摘要】 目的:通过对慢加急性、慢性肝衰竭患者进行回顾性调查研究,揭示其中医证候的分布特点及其演变规律。方法:以回顾性临床研究的方式,对我院165例诊断为慢加急性、慢性肝衰竭患者的病因及中医证候进行分析,为进一步治疗提供临床依据。结果:1.慢加急性、慢性肝衰竭的发病年龄以41-50岁为多;性别以男性为主;而肝硬化是其高危因素;HBV的病毒复制是诱发因素之一;过度劳累、思虑、饮酒是其主要发病诱因及加重因素。2.辨证定位多以肝、脾、胆、胃、肾为主;其辨证定性多以血瘀、湿热、热毒、气虚、肝郁为主;主要证型为湿热发黄证、气虚瘀黄证、瘀热发黄证、阳虚发黄证。湿热发黄证治疗后总有效率比其他证型要高,而气虚瘀黄证和阳虚瘀黄证死亡率高。结论:通过对165例患者进行系统的回顾性研究,发现慢加急性、慢性肝衰竭患者具有一定的中医证候分布特点和演变规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study on 165 patients with acute-on-chronic or chronic liver failure was retrospectively investigated,revealing acute-on-chronic or chronic liver failure syndromes and evolution of the distribution characteristics. Methods:Retrospective study of clinical research to the way our hospital for the 165 cases diagnosed with acute-on-chronic or chronic liver failure etiology and patients with evidence descriptive analysis.Results and Conclusion:Incidence of a certain age,sex,occupation orientation,age 41-50 years as more;sex male-dominated,career to general staff and mainly unemployed.Cirrhosis is risk factors on patients with acute-on-chronic or chronic liver failure.HBV viral replication is one of the reasons of liver damage in patients with acute-on-chronic or chronic liver failure.Acute-on-chronic or chronic liver failure patients found that the major evidence-based statistics,including heat yellow card,yellow card Qi Stasis,Stagnant Heat yellow card,yellow cards Yang.Heat treated yellow card total efficiency is higher than the other syndromes,and qi deficiency blood stasis no yellow cards the most efficient.更多还原
