药膳食疗标准化的思考
Reflections on the standardization of medicated diet

【摘要】 伴随中医药学"医食同源"、"药食通用"思想的指导,药膳食疗备受人们关注,呈现蓬勃发展的势态。本文从药膳发展的形势出发,结合药膳的自身特点和标准化相关知识,从概念的界定、创新性研究、人才培养到加强监管力度等几个方面提出了有助于药膳食疗标准化建设的建议,以推动我国药膳事业的健康发展和规范管理。
【Abstract】 With the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine thoughts of "sharing the same source in medicine and food" and "equivalence between medicine and food",medicated food has been receiving increasing attention from people and reveals a vigorous developing state.Proceeding from the development situation of medicated food,in combination with the features of medicated food and relevant standardized knowledge,some suggestions are proposed for standardized construction of medicated food from the perspectives of concept definition,innovative researches,talent cultivation and reinforcement of supervision strength so as to drive the healthy development and standardized management of medicated food cause in our country.
