【摘要】 目的观察利胆合剂加更昔洛韦西药治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒感染胆汁淤积性肝病的临床疗效。方法将符合病例入选标准的240例患儿按收治顺序分为两组,治疗组(120例)采用利胆合剂加更昔洛韦治疗,对照组(120例)给予更昔洛韦治疗,疗程均为2月。观察两组患儿治疗前后症状体征及肝功能、巨细胞病毒感染指标变化情况。结果治疗组在改善临床症状体征和巨细胞病毒感染、肝功能检验指标上优于对照组(p<0.05,p<0.01)。重症患儿早期治疗(年龄2月内)效果尤其明显。结论利胆合剂加用更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒感染胆汁淤积性肝病临床疗效肯定,对重症患儿或许能改变预后,中药还能有效减轻治疗中的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Linda Mixture combined gancic-lovir treating on cholestatic liver diseases caused by cytomegalovirus infection.Methods 240 cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to visiting sequ-ence.The treatment group was treated by Lidan Mixture combined ganciclovir,while control was treated by ganciclovir,the observation time was 2 months,To obser-ve the change of the two group pre and post treatment on symptom and sign,liver function,test index of cytomegalovirus.Results Treatment group had marked significance on improvement of symptoms, signs,liver function,and test index of cytomegalovirus compare-ed with contr-ol group(p<0.05,p<0.01);To severe patients,early treatment(in 2 months af-ter delivery) h-as a better effect.Conclusion Lidan Mixture combined ganciclovir therap-y on cholestatic liver diseases caused by cytomegalovirus infection has a definite clinical curative effect,maybe change prognosis for severe patients;maybe reduce adverse reaction in treatment e-ffectively.更多还原
