紫外分光光度法测定蒙药玉簪花中总黄酮的含量

【摘要】 目的建立玉簪花总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以山奈酚为对照品,在265nm波长下测定吸光度,标准曲线法计算供试品中总黄酮的含量。结果山奈酚的质量浓度在0.002~0.012mg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为99.25%,RSD=2.524%(n=6)。结论该法操作简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于玉簪花药材中总黄酮的含量测定。
【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo set up a ultraviolet spectrophotometry for quantitative determination of the total flavonoids from Flos Hostae Plantagineae.Methods The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to detect the abso -rbance with the wavelength of 265 nm taking Kaempferol as the control sample.The content of the total flavnoids in samples was calculated by using standard curve.Resuls Kaempferol showed a good linear relati-onship at rang of 0.002~0.012mg/ml(r=0.9997) with the average recovery of 99.25%(RSD=2.524%,n=6).Conclusion~4 This is an easy method which can be used in the quantitative determination of the total flavonoids from Flos Hostae Plantagineae.
