【摘要】 (1)目的:研究不同地区中医院校大学生的身心健康状况,为进行相关健康指导提供依据。(2)方法:运用自拟躯体健康状况调查问卷、贝克焦虑量表、贝克抑郁量表和艾森克人格问卷简式量表作为测评工具,对北京中医药大学、山东中医药大学、山西中医学院521例在校二年级学生的身心健康状况进行了现场调查,主要调查项目包括:一般资料、躯体健康状况、心理健康状况等。运用Epidata3.0软件建立数据库,应用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计处理,分析了受试人群的一般情况,健康状况,并对不同地区的受试人群进行比较分析。(3)结果:①521例受试者中男性187例,女性334例;家庭生活事件发生率为12.7%,以"家庭经济困难"最为常见;个人生活事件发生率为6.5%,以"恋爱受挫"最为常见。②贝克焦虑量表,总评分平均为25.49±5.09分,最高分60分;③贝克抑郁量表,总评分平均为2.86±3.41分,最高分25分;④躯体健康调查问卷,总评分平均为15.75±11.37分,其中常见的症状依次为:怕冷、口干、疲乏无力;⑤艾森克人格问卷,T转换分平均为:P表50.01±9.98分,最高分82,E表50.03±9.96分,最高分63分,N表49.98±9.97分,最高分81分,L表49.85±10.11分,最高分74分;⑥山东地区受试者抑郁、焦虑程度和躯体不适的出现频率较低,受试者艾森克E表分值高,多具备外向型性格;⑦山西地区受试者有一定的躯体不适,抑郁和焦虑程度较高,艾森克P表和N表分值高于山东地区,有轻微的精神质和神经质倾向;⑧北京地区受试者躯体不适出现较多,抑郁和焦虑程度更高,并存在更高的精神质和神经质倾向。(4)结论:中医院校的在校大学生的健康状况尚存在一些问题,部分学生属于高度抑郁和焦虑的状态;北京地区学生身心健康状况最严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The research focused on the students’ physical and mental health in different college of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),in order to provide basis for health guidance. Methods:Research group compiled the health questionnaire,along with Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)、Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)、Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ-RSC) as measuring tools.A field investigation conducted in 521 students which originate from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The main items of the questionnaire include:general information,sick or health in three months,physical condition and mental health condition.The database built by Epidata3.0 and statistical analysis founded by SPSS 17.0.Analysed the general condition and health condition of examinee group,conducted comparative analysis in different regions,and discussed the diversity of health condition. Result:①521 examinees consist of 187 male 334 female.The occurrence of family event is 12.7%,item"economic difficulties"is the most common,The occurrence of personal event is 6.5%, item"affection frustration"is the most common(3.6%);②BAI mean score is 25.49±5.09 points,the highest score is 60 points(1,0.2%);③BDI mean score is 2.86±3.41 points,the highest score is 25 points(1,0.2%);④The score of health questionnaire is 15.75±11.37 points,The high frequency symptom is:fear of cold、dry mouth、lassitude;⑤EPQ questionnaire T convert points is:the score of P scale is 50.01±9.98 points,the highest score is 82 points,the score of E scale is 50.03±9.96 points,the highest score is 63 points,the score of N scale is 49.98±9.97 points,the highest score is 81 points,the score of L scale is 49.85±10.11 points,the highest score is 74 points;⑥The compliant of body and the level of depression and anxiety have low frequency of occurrence in Shandong examinee.They appeared to have extrovert type since they got highest points in E scale of EPQ.⑦Part of Shanxi examinee emerged the body indisposed,and high level of depression and anxiety.The points of P scale and N scale is higher than Shandong examinee,that shows Shanxi examinee has slight tendency of psychoticism and neuroticism.⑧Beijing examinee have more body indisposed,not only the highest tendency of psychoticism and neuroticism,but also the highest depression state and anxiety state in contrast to other two province. Conclusion:The students’ health condition in college of TCM exists problems,a small part of examinee expose to high level of depression and anxiety,Beijing students have the worst physical and mental health condition.更多还原
