【摘要】 目的:探讨桂林西瓜霜及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对宫颈糜烂VEGF蛋白表达的影响。方法:157例Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为:治疗组用桂林西瓜霜喷敷、对照组用bFGF-胶原蛋白海绵贴敷。应用VEGF免疫组化SP法染色对照观察两组宫颈糜烂组织在治疗前、后VEGF蛋白的表达。结果:治疗前宫颈糜烂组织VEGF蛋白表达,两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组表达均显著增加,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),结论:桂林西瓜霜对宫颈糜烂上皮组织VEGF蛋白表达有增强作用。提示其对血管生成,创面修复关系密彻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of cervical ectropio’s VEGF protein expression after using Guilin Watermelon Frost and bFGF.Methods:160 Patients who has cervical ectropioⅢare devided into 2 groups randomly,the treatment group uses Guilin Watermelon Frost,the control group uses bFGF-Collagen sponge.Using the method of VEGF immunohistochemistry to find the difference expression of VEGF protein on two groups before and after teatment.Results:Before the treatment,the two groups’ VEGF protein expression has no significant difference(P>0.05),after the treatment,the two groups’ VEGF protein expression are both increased,the treatment group’ s are much higher than the treatment group’s(P<0.05).Conclusion: Guilin Watermelon Frost has enhancement the expression of VEGF protein with cervical ectropio.It tips that Guilin Watermelon Frost is closely with angiogenesis and wound healing.更多还原
