【摘要】 【目的】观察中医阶梯性疗法治疗精索静脉曲张性不育症的疗效。【方法】对80例精索静脉曲张性不育患者随机分成阶梯性治疗组40例口服阶梯1、2、3号方和对照组40例口服桃红四物汤,治疗3个月观察精子质量变化。【结果】治疗后2组精子质量均有改善(P<0.05),阶梯性治疗组精子质量改善较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.05)。【结论】在精索静脉曲张性不育症治疗中,中医阶梯性治疗方法优于传统的分型论治方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine in treating male varicocele infertility by stage.[Methods]80 patients of varicocele infertility were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases step ladder 1,2,3 oral side and the control group 40 oral "Taohong Siwu tang" cases,treatment for 3 months,Observed changes in sperm quality.[Results] Sperm quality were improved in group 2(P <0.05),steps to improve the sperm quality of the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group(P <0 05).[Conclusion] It is suggested that stage treatment is better than traditional treatment for male varicocele infertility.更多还原
