【摘要】 目的 :采用流行病学现况调查的方法,调查河南、广东、新疆、云南四省区HIV/AIDS病例,使用证素的方法,分析艾滋病中医病因病机中病位证素的分布特点差异。方法 :在前期工作的基础上,制定调查表、实施方案,培训调查员,进行现况调查,使用证素的方法进行分析,比较四地病位证素分布差异。结果 :河南、广东、新疆、云南分别调查276、126、120、86例,合计608例。四地在病位上基本一致,均以肾、肺、肝、脾等为主,且证素积分随着病情由HIV进展到AIDS增加。结论 :尽管地域、感染途径不同,四省区艾滋病在病位证素上基本相同,艾毒伤元假说可以概括艾滋病的中医病因病机特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecyive To studyon Syndrome factors of disease location of the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS by a cross-sectional investigation,collecting symptoms and signs of HIV/AIDS patients with diferent areas,analysising by syndrome factors.Methods A cross-sectional investigation study of HIV/AIDS patients was taken in Henan,Guangdong and xinjiangYunnan provinces respectively by questionaire with clinical epidemiology and analysised with frequencies of symptoms and signs combined with syndrome connotation.WenfengⅢAuxiliary diagnosis and treat system of TCM were used to analysize the frequencies of AIDS patients’symptoms and signs with scores of syndrome factors respectively.Based on this work, syndrome factors of disease location of the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS were analysised in different areas.Results There are 608 HIV/AIDS cases investigated from November 2008 to December 2009,276 cases from Henan,126cases from Guangdong,120 cases from Xinjiang and 86 cases from Yunnan.Analysized by syndrome factors,syndrome factors of disease location among four provinces HIV/AIDS patients are kidney,lung,liver,and spleen,and increased as progress of disease from HIV infection period to typical of AIDS.Conclusion Based on this study,although,there are different between locations or pathway of infection,Syndrome factors of disease location of four provinces HIV/AIDS patients are uniform,and theory of Aidu diminishs promordial qi can sum up the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS.更多还原
