【摘要】 目的通过测评和提升医学生的色觉能力,增强望诊技能训练的客观性与实效。方法应用FM 100 Hue Test测试方法,对高等中医院校的医学生进行色觉能力的评估与训练。结果:参试者训练前的平均TES为35.44,训练后的平均TES为17.31,色觉能力显著提高(p<0.001)。训练后,辨色难点改善最为显著的是红色-黄色色相组(p=0.0052<0.01)。结论在望诊技能训练中引入色觉能力评估的方法,可有效地提高教学的客观性及训练效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aimed at improving the effect of Chinese medicine inspection by evaluating and training the color discrimination ability of the medical students.Methods The subjects were the students of Chinese medicine colleges who attended the Chinese diagnostic course.Farnsworth-Mussell 100-HUE Test system was used to evaluate and train the students.Results Before training the students’TES was 35.44,and 17.31 after training,this shown the students" total average level of color discrimination raised(p<0.001 ).The capability of distinguish different tones increased,especially the Red-yellow hue(p=0.0052<0.01).Conclusion During the course of Chinese medicine inspection,the objectives and effect of the skill training can be increased by introducing the evaluate method of the color vision ability.更多还原
