【摘要】 目的:观察益气活血润肠方灌肠治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效与实用性。方法:将72例结肠慢传输型患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例采用益气活血润肠方保留灌肠,对照组36例口服西沙比利,结果:两组总有效率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);两组治愈率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后排便间隔、排便困难程度及便质改善方面比较有显著差异(P<0.01,),治疗组首次排便时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血润肠方灌肠治疗结肠慢传输型便秘简便、疗效显著,无副作用,是治疗便秘的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and practicability of treating STC by enema of yiqihuoxuerunchang formula.Methods:72 cases of slow transit constipation patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group in 36 patients with retention enema by yiqihuoxuerunchang formula,36 cases of control group,take orally with Cisapride.Results:two group total effectiveness is no significant difference(P>0.05).Two groups of cure is significant difference(P<0.05).Both before and after the treatment group,and bowel interval and then qualitative improvement was significant difference(P<0.01),the first time in treatment group than in control group stool(P<0.05).Conclusion: The enema of yiqihuoxuerunchang formula to treat STC is simple and effective,no side effects, the therapeutic effect of treating STC is striking.On the whole,The enema of yiqihuoxuerunchang formula is an effective Method of treating STC.更多还原
