【摘要】 目的:观察肛痛消软膏的镇痛、消肿、促进创面愈合作用及其安全性。方法:通过热板法观察肛痛消软膏的镇痛作用:采用二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀观察肛痛消软膏的消肿作用;通过二度烫伤家兔观察肛痛消软膏促进创面愈合作用:观察肛痛消软膏的皮肤刺激反应、皮肤过敏反应和急性毒性反应。结果:肛痛消软膏对热传导引起的疼痛反应有明显的拮抗作用;对小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用:能明显缩短家兔烫伤创面愈合时间;肛痛消软膏对豚鼠完整及破损皮肤无刺激性反应及过敏反应,家兔对肛痛消软膏未出现任何急性毒性反应。结论:肛痛消软膏具有良好的镇痛、消肿、促进创面愈合的作用,是一种安全的中药制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:to investigate the effect and the safety of Gangtongxiao ointment on abirritate, detumescence,restitution of the wound.Method:Hot plate test was used to investe the feffect of analgesia; mouse auricle swelling test caused by dimethylbenzene was used to observe the effect of Gangtongxiao ointment on detumescence;rabbits with secondary burn were used to investigate the effect of Gangtongxiao ointment on restitution of the wound. skin stimulus test,dermal sensitivity test and the acute toxicity testing were observed.Result;the remission of the pain caused by the hot conduction,the inhibition of the mose auricle swelling and the decurtation of heal time were observed in the tests of Gangtongxiao ointment.The Gangtongxiao ointment had no acute toxicity,no cutaneous stimulation and no hypersensitive effects for the intact or damaged skin in guineapig.Conclusion:Gangtongxiao ointment has good effect on analgesia,detumescence,restitution of the wound.It is a safe Chinese drugs preparation.更多还原
