【摘要】 目的探讨灯盏细辛注射液配合电针早期干预对急性脑梗塞(acute cerebralinfarction,ACI)患者构音障碍的疗效。方法将60例ACI患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予常规药物治疗加川芎嗪注射液静滴,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上加灯盏细辛注射液静滴及早期电针治疗,治疗前及治疗3周后采用Barthel指数、Frenchay构音障碍评价法评定其疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的Barthel指数评分较同组治疗前显著增高(P<0.01),但治疗组较对照组增高更明显(P<0.05),两组的Frenchay构音障碍评定级别较同组治疗前显著改善(P<0.0005,P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组改善更明显,两者相比在统计学上具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛注射液配合早期电针干预能改善ACI后构音障碍患者的构音功能及日常生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subject To investigate the effects of early intervention of Fleabane combined with electric acupuncture on patients with Dysarthria after acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases of ACI patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The conventional therapy were used in each group,and Ligustrazine was added in control group,while the Fleabane combining with early electric acupuncture treatment was added in treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy.Before and after 3 weeks of treatment,all patients were evaluated by Barthel index and Frenchay dysarthria assessment. Results After treatment the Barthel index increased more remarkably in each group than before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the Barthel index increased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The Frenchay dysarthria assessment improved obviously in each group(P<0.0005,P<0.05 ),and had marked difference between treatment group and control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The early intervention of Fleabane combined with electric acupuncture can improve dysarthria and activity of daily living in patients after acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
