红毛五加皮的HPLC指纹图谱研究

【摘要】 目的:建立红毛五加皮的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:Welchrom C18色谱柱;乙睛-0.3%磷酸二氢钠水溶液梯度洗脱系统(加磷酸调节pH值约为3.5),检测波长:207nm;柱温:35℃。结果:对47批红毛五加皮指纹图谱进行评价,确定了17个共有峰,指认了第8、9、13号色谱峰分别对应为绿原酸、刺五加苷B和刺五加苷E,其中刺五加苷E为第一大色谱峰。从峰面积比较,林窗样品总峰面积大于林下样品;两年生茎皮中刺五加苷E峰面积远大于一年生样品。结论:本研究可为红毛五加皮质量控制提供参考。日照有利于红毛五加皮中成分的积累,刺五加苷E在茎皮生长的第二年积累迅速.
【Abstract】 Aim:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Cortex Acanthopanacis Giraldii.Methods:Separation was performed on Welchrom-C18 chromatographic column,acetonitrile-0.3%sodium dihydrogen phosphate as mobile ph ase with gradient elution.The detection wavelength was at 207nm,the column temperature was 35℃.Results:E valuated 47 batches of Cortex Acanthopanacis Giraldii.Found out seventeen common chromatographic peaks.Then identified the No.8,No.9 and No.13 peaks was chlorogenic acid,eleutheroside B and eleutheroside E respecti vely.The peak of Eleutheroside E was the biggest one in the fingerprint chromatogram.Compared the peak area, the total peaks area of the samples from gap were larger than those from forest,and the peak area of eleutherosi de E of two-year samples were far away larger than those of one-year samples.Conclusion:The study could affo rd scientific basis for quality control of Cortex Acanthopanacis Giraldii.Sunshine was good to its component accu mulation.Eleutheroside E accumulated quickly in stem bark during the second year of growth.
