【摘要】 目的:建立红花龙胆的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱鉴别及HPLC法测定红花龙胆中芒果苷含量,并测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分。结果:制定了定性及定量的标准指标。结论:所建立的方法操作简便,准确可靠,重现性好,可用于红花龙胆药材的质量评价标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the approaches of TLC,FHPLC and of the determination of water,total ash and acid-insoluble ash,the proposed quality standard of Gentiana rhodantha Franch.has been established.The results are that:the reference herb and mangiferin can be both used as reference substances for TLC identification;the content of mangiferin is not less than 2.0 per cent;the content of water,total ash and acid-insoluble ash are not more than 9.0,8.0 and 3.0 per cent respectively.更多还原
