【摘要】 目的:对甘肃不同产地的野生乌拉尔甘草进行质量比较研究。方法:以甘草酸、甘草苷为评价指标,利用高效液相色谱法,采用2005版《中国药典》的色谱条件和方法,对甘肃省不同产地的野生乌拉尔甘草进行测定、分析。结果:不同产地野生乌拉尔甘草中甘草酸、甘草苷的含量差异较大。结论:以甘草酸、甘草苷作为甘草质量的评价依据具有科学性和可行性;应将不同地区的地域性特征(即环境综合机制)作为甘肃省野生乌拉尔甘草质量评价和控制的重要参考依据;本研究为甘肃省野生乌拉尔甘草的合理利用和质量控制奠定了一定的理论和实践基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:The essay aims at making a comparative study on the quality of several kinds of wild RADIX ET RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE indifferent producing regions in Gansu.Methods:Taking glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin as an evaluation target,utilizing HPLC,adopting the conditions and methods used in《Chinese Medicines》in Version 2005 to examine and analyze the wild RADIX ET RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE in different producing regions of Gansu.Result: As for the wild RADIX ET RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE in different producing regions,there exists a remarkable difference in glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin.Conclusion:Taking glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin as the evaluation basis to evaluate RADIX ET RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE is scientific and feasible;We should view the regional features as the important reference basis for evaluating and controlling several kinds of RADIX ET RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE in Gansu province.The study lays theoretical and practical bases for reasonably utilizing wild RADIX ET RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE and controlling their qualities.更多还原
