不同干燥温度对当归挥发油和醇溶性浸出物含量的影响
Effect of Different Drying Temperature on Volatile Oil Content and Ethanol Extract Content in Angelica

【摘要】 为探索当归干燥的最佳温度和方法,解决当归产地初加工过程中的干燥技术,研究了5种不同干燥方法对当归总有效成分含量的影响。即以阴干为对照,分别在40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃烘干,然后采用水蒸汽蒸馏法测定挥发油含量,回流提取法测定醇溶性浸出物含量。研究的主要结论有:烘干法不同程度降低了挥发油含量,随着干燥温度的升高,挥发油含量逐渐降低,即阴干品>40℃烘干品>50℃烘干品>60℃烘干品>70℃烘干品,其中40℃烘干与对照差异不显著,其它处理与对照及处理间差异显著或极显著,温度与挥发油含量间成直线负相关关系。挥发油颜色随干燥温度的上升逐渐加深。当归醇溶性浸出物含量随干燥温度的升高呈现逐渐降低的趋势,即阴干>40℃>50℃>60℃>70℃,但在温度大于50℃以后,降低趋势变缓,其中40℃干燥与阴干差异不显著,而50℃以上干燥均与阴干差异极显著,干燥温度与醇溶性浸出物含量间成二次回归关系。综合各因素,认为当归干燥方式以40℃烘干为佳,既可提高干燥效率,又能保证药材质量。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the best way of drying Angelica,resolve the drying technology problem of Angelica in it’s producing area during primary processing process,the study investigated the effect of 5 kinds drying temperature,which were dried in natural temperature,stove-dried at 40℃,stove-dried at 50℃,stove-dried at 60℃,stove-dried at 70℃,on the main active ingredients content in Angelica.Volatile oil content was determined by steam distillation method,and the ethanol extract content was determined by returning extraction method.The main conclusions were as followings:stove dry method decreased volatile oil content by different level.The higher the dry temperature,the lower the Volatile oil content,that is dried in natural temperature>dried at 40℃>dried at 50℃>dried at 60℃>dried at 70℃.The difference of volatile oil content in Angelica between being dried at 40℃and dried in natural temperature was not significant,and the other treatments were significant different with control or with each other.The relationship between drying temperature and volatile oil content were negative correlation.The color of volatile oil was gradually deepened as the temperature increasing.Ethanol extract content in Angelica decreased with the increase of dry temperature,that is dried in natural temperature>dried at 40℃>dried at 50℃>dried at 60℃>dried at 70℃,but the decreasing trend become softly when the temperatures were higher than 50℃. The difference of ethanol extracts content in Angelica between being dried at 40℃and in natural temperature was not significant,and that dried beyond 50℃were significantly different to dried at natural temperature.The relationship between drying temperature and ethanol extracts content were quadratic regression.Integrated various factors,oven-dried at 40℃was the best way to dry Angelica,which was not only improve drying efficiency,but also assurance drug quality.
