【摘要】 目的:研究白首乌多糖抗高血脂的药理作用。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取,用Sevag试剂(氯仿:正丁醇=5:1)除蛋白精制多糖。将80只昆明种小鼠随机分成5组,对照组、高脂饲料组(模型组)、白首乌多糖小、中、大剂量+高脂饲料组。测定白首乌多糖对血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的影响。结果:白首乌多糖高剂量组能显著降低高脂血症大鼠的TC、TG和LDL-C(p<0.01),并可显著升高HDL-C(p<0.01)。结果:白首乌多糖具有降低血清总胆固醇、甘油酯和低密度脂蛋白,提高高密度脂蛋白的能力。结论:白首乌多糖具有降血脂功能,对高脂血症的发生有一定的预防作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efects of polysaccharides in the Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight on experimental mice with hyperlipidemia.Methods:The water soluble polysaccharides of the Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight were extracted in hot wate,and isolated by ethanol.We had purification of the polysaccharides by Sevag reagent(Chloroform:Butanol=5:l).50 micewere divided into five groups:control group,hyperlipidmia,small,medium and large dose groups of the polysaccharide with hyperlipidemia.Levels ofTG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C were measured.Results: large dose groups of the polysaccharide has obvious effects of reducing the contents of TG,TC,LDL-C(p<0.01)and increasing the content of HDL-C(p<0.01).Conclusion:polysaccharide from Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight obviously decreased the blood lipid and had certain preventive role of Hyperlipidemia.更多还原
