【摘要】 目的:对采自西藏灵芝和甘肃马衔山两地线叶龙胆Gentiana farreri Balf.f.中龙胆苦苷的含量进行测定比较,为该药材入药提供科学依据。方法:运用正交实验法优选龙胆苦苷最佳提取工艺,采用HPLC法测定龙胆苦苷含量。结果:线叶龙胆中龙胆苦苷最佳提取条件为70%乙醇,超声提取30min。结论:甘肃产线叶龙胆中龙胆苦苷含量明显高于西藏所产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Compare the Quantitative ofGentiopicroside ofGentiana farreri Balf.f.from Mahanshan(Gansu) and Linzhi(Tibet) to provide scientific references for the further utilization of the plant as medicine material.Method:Using the Orthogonal Test to optimize the extraction method and measuring the quantitative of Gentiopicroside by HPLC.Results: The optimize extract condition was 70%ethanol and ultrasonic extraction time of 30min.Conclusion:The quantitative of Gentiopicroside from Gansu is higher than that of Tibet.更多还原
