【摘要】 目的:确定制备的血塞通注射液适宜的pH值范围。方法:用恒温加速试验法。配置不同pH值的血塞通注射液,放置在80℃的干燥箱中,HPLC法测定不同取样时间的血塞通注射液中三七皂苷R₁、人参皂苷Rg₁以及人参皂苷Rb₁的含量。结果:血塞通注射液最适宜的pH值范围为6～8。结论:建议将现行血塞通注射液质量标准中pH值4～6修定为6～8。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the most appropriate pH value of Xuesaitong injection.Methods Different pH values Xuesaitong injections（4.0-9.0） were treated with calefaction（80℃）,The contents of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rgl and ginsenoside Rb₁ were determined by HPLC at different sampling interval.Results The most suitable pH value is 6～8 for Xuesaitong injection.Conclusion Propose that the existing Xuesaitong injection quality standards in the pH value of 4-6 to 6-8 revised.更多还原
