西瓜霜外敷治疗宫颈糜烂患者120例临床研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨桂林西瓜霜外用治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:对入选病例240例,随机分为观察组（西瓜霜外用组）120例,对照组（CO₂激光治疗组）120例,通过治疗后比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组与对照组患者的痊愈率、总有效率差别无统计学意义（P>0.05）,但观察组在减少并发症、降低复发率等方面均优于对照组（P<0.05、P<0.01）。结论:西瓜霜外用治疗宫颈糜烂疗效肯定、无明显副作用,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To observe the clinical effects on the treatment of cervical erosion with external application of watermelon frost.Methods:240 cases were adopted and randomly divided into the observation group which included 120 cases and was treated with Watermelon Frost through external application and the control group which also included 120 cases and was treated with laser co₂.Curative effects were analyzed and compared after treatment. Results:There were no differences in curative rate and total effective rate between the two groups（P>0.05）.But the observation group was better than control group at reducing the incidence of complications and recurrence rate（P<0.05、P<0.01）.Conclusions:Watermelon Frost does avail against cervical erosion and has no side effect.It is worthy of promotion in hospital application.更多还原
