【摘要】 目的:研究不同剂量白酒、红葡萄酒、白酒加活血中药灌胃对角叉菜胶所致小鼠血栓形成的影响。方法:将KM小鼠随机分为6组,分别为模型对照组、白酒低、高量组、白酒高量加银杏叶组,白酒高量加葛根素组,红葡萄酒组。灌胃4周后,用角叉菜胶造成小鼠血栓模型,测量黑尾长度。结果:高剂量白酒各组小鼠体重降低,死亡增加,黑尾明显增长。结论:高剂量饮酒增强角叉菜胶对小鼠的致血栓作用,加入银杏叶或葛根素未出现治疗效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:study effects of different doses distilled spirit,red wine, distilled spirits added promoting blood circulation Chinese medicine on Formation of thrombus in rats’ tails Caused by carrageenan.Method:the KM rats were randomly allocated into six groups:the model control group;low-dose distilled spirits group,high-dose distilled spirits group,high-dose distilled spirits added leaf of Ginkgo biloba L.group,high-dose distilled spirits added puerarin group and red wine group.After the rats were fed for 4 weeks,6 groups were used to establish tail-thrombus models with carrageenan and then measure the length of tails. Conclusion:high-dose distilled spirits group can improve the formation of thrombus in rats’ tails Caused by carrageenan.There is not therapeutic effect when added leaf of Ginkgo biloba L.or puerarin.更多还原
