【摘要】 目的探讨HER2/neu癌基因在乳腺癌发生中引发的免疫应答和经验方"乳癌术后方"在防治乳腺癌中的免疫学机制。方法观察"乳癌术后方"对HER2/neu转基因自发乳腺癌小鼠的乳腺癌发生情况和肿瘤发生过程中T细胞免疫反应及相关细胞因子的变化的影响。结果经验方乳癌术后方能够明显延缓和减少转基因小鼠原发乳腺癌的生成,同时还能上调荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞中T细胞含量,促进荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖作用,并可诱导IL-2、IL-12和IFN-γ等细胞因子的分泌。结论研究结果表明在肿瘤发生过程中,机体确实存在着一系列的免疫反应;HER2/neu转基因小鼠与正常同品系未转基因小鼠的免疫功能存在着明显的差别。"乳癌术后方"预防和延缓乳腺癌发生的作用可能是通过提高转基因小鼠的自身抗肿瘤免疫反应来实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the immune response induced by HER2/neu oncogene in the carcinogenesis of breast cancer and the immunological mechanism of breast cancer prevention and cure by"Ruaishuhou herbs".Methods Observe the effects of"Ruaishuhou herbs"on the spontaneous carcinogenesis in transgenic mice,the T cell-mediated immune response and the alteration of relevant cytokine.Results Empirical formula"Ruaishuhou herbs"have significant effects on postponing and reducing the carcinogenesis of primary breast tumor.It can also up-regulate the content of T cell from splenic lymphocyte in tumor-bearing mice, promote the proliferation of T lymphocyte,induce the secretion of cytokine such as IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ. Conclusion Our finding indicates that a series of immune response exist in our body in the process of carcinogenesis meanwhile the immunologic function between HER-2/neu transgenic mice and non-transgenic mice from the same strain is totally different."Ruaishuhou herbs"may exert the effect on preventing and postponing the carcinogenesis of breast cancer through enhancing anti-tumor immune reaction of transgenic mice itself.更多还原
