【摘要】 目的评价乳腺X线引导定位切除临床触诊不清的乳腺肿块的临床应用价值。方法采用乳腺X线引导定位切除42例患者的52个临床触诊不清的乳腺病灶,并对其良恶性、病理分型、病灶大小进行分析。结果42例经乳腺X线定位后被完全切除,其中良性36个(85.7%),恶性6例(14.3%);6例乳腺癌病理构成:浸润性导管癌3例,黏液腺癌1例,导管内癌伴早期浸润2例。结论乳腺X线引导下术前定位准确,操作简单,并发症少,为微小病灶的早期定性诊断提供了可靠途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the efficacy of Mammography -guided wire localization in nonpalpable breast lesions.Methods 42 consecutive nonpalpable breast lesions detected by Mammography underwent Mammography -guided wire localization peroperatively.Results All lesions were removed accurately.In 6(14.3%)mailgnant lesions were resected which included 3 invasive ductal cancers,lcolloid cancer and 2 intraductal cancers,in 85.7%of patients who were benign lesions.Conclusions Mammography -guided wire localization is an accurate and convenient method for guiding surgical biopsies of nonpalpable breast lesions and the rate of complications is quite low.It is an useful methods for nonpalpable breast cancers.更多还原
