榄香烯注射液治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌53例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的评价榄香烯注射液治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法观察53例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,采用静脉输注榄香烯注射液,观察在肿瘤客观疗效、治疗进展时间、生活质量、中医症状、肿瘤标记物、毒副反应的治疗作用。结果榄香烯注射波治疗肿瘤的稳定率为69.81%;治疗进展时间为3.1±0.45个月;能改善临床症状、稳定肿瘤标志物,且无毒副反应。结论榄香烯注射液对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者具有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of elemene injection in the treatment of the elderly advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC).Methods:To treat 53 cases of the elderly advanced NSCLC with elemene injection and to observe the effect on the cancer objective efficacy,the treatment time to progression,quality of life,TCM symptoms,tumor marker and the toxicity.Results:The tumor stability rate of elemene injection is 69.81%;the treatment time to progression is 3.1±0.45 month;it also can improve the clinical symptom,stable the tumor marker,especially has no toxicity.Conclusion:Elemene injection has satisfactory clinical efficacy for the elderly advanced lung cancer.更多还原
