【摘要】 酒精性肝纤维化是国内外酒精性肝病研究的重点,中医药防治酒精性肝纤维化有一定的优势,对"证"的研究也是当今中医研究的热点。目的:本研究旨在阐明酒精性肝纤维化中医证候特点分布的影响因素。方法:本研究在前期酒精性肝纤维化中医证候特点的研究基础上,采用临床流行病学的原则和方法,全面地收集酒精性肝纤维化患者可能影响中医证候特点分布的实验室检查指标,并对中医证候特点与实验室检查指标之间的关系进行探讨。结果:本研究对199例酒精性肝纤维化患者的病例资料研究结果表明,AST/ALT值、总胆红素的分级以及肝纤维化指标对酒精性肝纤维化患者中医证候特点的分布无显著性影响,γ-GT值对酒精性肝纤维化患者中医证候特点的分布有显著性影响。而舌色、舌形、苔色、苔质及脉象与酒精性肝纤维化患者证候特点分布有相关性。结论:本研究所涉及的实验室检查指标不足以反映酒精性肝纤维化中医证候特点规律,临床诊治该病时应重视舌脉在酒精性肝纤维化辨证中的重要地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Alcoholic hepatic fibrosis was the investigative emphasis of alcoholic liver disease at home and abroad.TCM had some advantages in prevention and cure alcoholic hepatic fibrosis and the study on"syndrome"was TCM research focus nowadays.Objective:This study was to clarify the influence factors of TCM syndrome characteristics distribution of alcoholic hepatic fibrosis.Methods:The study overall collected and discussed the influence factors of TCM syndrome characteristics distribution of alcoholic hepatic fibrosis patients through adoption the principles and methods of clinical epidemiology based on the previous research of TCM syndrome characteristics. Results:There was no significance relation between AST/ALT,the grade of total biliruin and the indexes of hepatic fibrosis to the distribution of TCM syndrome characteristics of alcoholic hepatic fibrosis.But the influence of theγ-GT in the distribution of TCM syndrome characteristics of alcoholic hepatic fibrosis was significant.The tongue presentations and pulse presentations were significative.Clusion:the indexes of laboratory examination cannot reflect the characteristics of TCM syndrome characteristics of alcoholic hepatic fibrosis.But the tongue and pulse presentations are important in the differentiating syndrome.更多还原
