【摘要】 背景:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)具有冬重夏轻的特点,中医药干预具有一定优势。目的:观察以补肺颗粒为对稳定期COPD患者进行冬病夏治的临床疗效。方法:将60例稳定期COPD属肺气虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例给补肺颗粒治疗,对照组30例给予安慰剂治疗,2组疗程均为30天。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候、呼吸症状、疾病影响均明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。但对呼吸困难及肺功能的影响无明显变化。结论:以补肺颗粒为干预手段冬病夏治可显著改善稳定期COPD患者症状及生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects on treating steady COPD with Bufei Granule.Methods: 60 subjects were randomized into two groups:observation group in which 30 cases were treated with"Bufei Granule"and control group in which 30 cases were treated with"placebo".After 30-day treatments,the patients changes of symptoms,life quality,difficult breathing and pulmonary function were evaluated.Results:1.After 30-day treatments,Results Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 56.67%and20%,respectively,the difference was significant. 2.The scores of cough,expectoration and wheeziness were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment group,the scores of the control group were not significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).3.After 30-day treatments,life quality of the observation group was Significantly better than the control group,especially in respiratory symptom and disease influence,not better in activity restriction. Compared with pre-treatment,the observation group had better respiratory symptom,activity restriction, disease influence.After treatments,the control group had better activity restriction,disease influence,but not better on respiratory symptom.Conclusion:Bufei Granule can significantly improvement on symptoms in Patients with steady chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Bufei Granule can significantly improvement on life quality in Patients with steady chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,especially in respiratory symptom and disease influence.更多还原
