【摘要】 目的对丹参多酚酸口腔崩解片的制剂处方和制备工艺进行研究。方法以口腔崩解片的崩解时限为指标,采用正交设计试验对处方进行优化。结果按优选处方制得的丹参多酚酸口腔崩解片能在23.5s内崩解完全,口感良好。结论按优选处方制得的丹参多酚酸口腔崩解片,达到了设计要求,且制备工艺简单、方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the formulation of Salvianolic Acid Orally Disintegrating Tablets and preparation process.Methods Using the disintegrating time as the assessment index by orthogonal design. Results The results showed that the tablets prepared by the best formulation acheived the goal of design and easy to operate.The prepared tablets could disintegrate in 23.5s and taste good.Conclusion The selected formulation achieved the need and preparation was simiple and convenient.更多还原
