【摘要】 目的:探讨干法制粒在中药提取物中的适宜性问题。方法:本文根据总键合理论提出了最大压缩度的概念,用以表征中药提取物的可压性,并研究最大压缩度与干法制粒胚片抗张强度的关系,以及胚片抗张强度与干法制粒颗粒得率之间的关系。结果:最大压缩度和胚片抗张强度的相关性良好,胚片抗张强度与干法制粒颗粒得率相关性良好。结论:可以用最大压缩度来评价中药提取物是否适合干法制粒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the suitability of the characters of Chinese herb extracts to dry granulation.Methods:Based on the total bond theory,the comparability of Chinese herb extracts can be demonstrated by the maximal compression.Then, it is established correlation between the maximal compression,tensile strength of dry granulation’s tables and yield of granulation.Results:The three factors showed a good correlation.Conclusion:The method is proved to be practicable.更多还原
