【摘要】 目的:观察竹节人参提取物抗动物实验性关节炎的作用。方法:采取大鼠足跖肿胀实验、大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)及小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,观察竹节人参提取物对大鼠右后足、小鼠右耳廓肿胀度和血液流变学指标以及对小鼠痛觉的影响。结果:竹节人参提取物可明显降低大鼠足跖肿胀率,减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度,显著改善血液流变学指标,与生理盐水组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01);对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀均有明显的抑制作用;还可明显提高小鼠的痛阈值。结论:竹节人参提取物有较好的抗炎镇痛作用,能够有效对抗动物实验性关节炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the anti-inflammation and abirritation of the Extraction Solution from Rhizoma of Panaxjaponicus.Methods:Foot- swelling ofrats experiment、adjuvant-induced arthritis (AA) of rats and ear-swelling of mice experiment were studied to observe the effects of the Extraction Solution from Rhizoma of Panax Japonicus to the swelling of rats’right hind feet and mice′s right ears、blood theology target and pain threshold of mice.Results:By the Extraction Solution from Rhizoma of Panax Japonicus,the swoln rate of rats’feet can be reduced obviously,the swelling of mice’ears can be eased,and blood rheology target can be improved distinctly.Compared with the brine group,a_statistic difference has been showed(P<0.05、P<0.01);It restrained the swelling of mice′s auricle which was worked by dimethylbenzene significantly,it also can raise pain threshold of mice obviously.Conclusion The Extraction Solution from Rhizoma of Panax Japonicus has a quite obvious effect of abirritation and anti-inflammation,it can antagonize experimental arthritis of animals.更多还原
