【摘要】 目的:研究中药白饭树茎叶所含化学成分。方法:硅胶色谱分离,波谱法鉴定结构。结果:分离和鉴定了六个化合物,分别为三十一烷(Ⅰ)、二十八烷醇(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、麦角甾醇(Ⅳ)、virosecurinine(Ⅴ)、fluggeainol(Ⅵ)、bergenin(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ首次从该植物中分离获得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To reveal the chemical constituents from the aerial parts ofFluggea virosa (ROxb.ex Willd.) Bail.Methods:Column chromatographic with silica gel were employed for isolation and purification,and the structure were identified by spectral analyse.Results:Seven compunds were isolated and elucidated as hentriacotane(Ⅰ),1-octacosanol(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),ergosterol(Ⅳ), virosecurinine(Ⅴ),fluggeainol(Ⅵ) and bergenin(Ⅵ).Conclusion:CompundsⅡ、Ⅳ、ⅤandⅥwere isolated from this plant for first time.更多还原
