不同产地枳椇子中总黄酮含量的比较
A Comparison of the Content of Total Flavonoids in Semen Hoveniae from Different Producing Areas

【摘要】 目的:对来源于不同产地的枳椇子中总黄酮含量进行比较,为枳椇子的质量控制提供更多依据。方法:以双氢杨梅素为对照品,用紫外分光光度法于290 nm处测定不同产地枳椇子中总黄酮含量结果:江西产地的枳椇子总黄酮含量较高,质量较优结论:不同产地枳椇子中总黄酮含量差异显著。
【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the content of total flavonoids in Semen Hoveniae derived from different places and To control the quality of the drug.Methods:Using dihydromyricetin as a reference substance,Analyzing the content of total flavonoids in semen hoveniae from different producing areas and different collecting time by UV absorption wave at 360nm.Results:The content of total flavonoids in semen hoveniae derived from jiangxi is best.Conclusion:The content of total flavonoids in semen hoveniae had great changes between different regions.
