【摘要】 对竹叶椒(Zanthoxylum planispinum Sieb.et Zucc.)化学成分进行了研究,采用正反相硅胶柱色谱、HPLC等分离纯化,通过波谱技术鉴定其化学结构。从竹叶椒中分离得到了5个木脂素,分别鉴定为:eudesmin(1)、松脂醇单甲醚(2)、(1R,2S,5R,6S)-6-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane(3)、里立脂素-B-二甲醚(4)、de-4′-O-methylyangambin(5)。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the chemical constituents ofZanthoxylum planispinum Sieb.et Zucc,the constituents were separated and purified by normal phase and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography.Their structures were identified by ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR and DEPT.Five lignans were isolated and identified as eudesmin（1）,pinoresinol monomethyl ether（2）,（1R,2S,SR,6S）-6-（4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl）-2- （3,4-dthydroxyphenyl）-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane（3）,yangambin（4）,de-4′-O-methylyangambin（5）.更多还原
