【摘要】 目的:建立不同采收期桔梗样品HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用RP-HPLC法。选用HypersilC₁₈（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:0.5ml/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210nm。结果:秋季样品整体相似度高于春季,以秋季采收为佳。结论:该法简便可行,重现性好,可为桔梗药材质量控制提供可靠的科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abjective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Platycodon grandiflorum in different collecting period.Methods:HPLC chromatography condition:HypersilC18 column(250mm×4.6mm,Sμm); the mobile phase was acetonotrile with 0.05%phosphoric acid and the gradient elution mode was applied in chromatographic separation;The flow rate was 0.5 ml/min;The temperature of column was 30℃;the detective wavelength was 210nm;Results:The overall similarity of samples which collected in autumn is higher than spring,and autumn is the best season for harvest.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility.It provids a reliable scientific basis for the quality control of Platycodon grandiflorum.更多还原
