吉林省长白山不同产区北细辛的动态研究

【摘要】 2004年至2005年作者对长白山不同产区北细辛进行了动态研究,采样共26份,并对其进行了理化分析,含水分在5.8～12.7%之间;总灰分在6.6～12.7%之间,酸不溶性灰分在0.9～5.6%之间;砷盐均未过百万分之二;重金属均未过百万分之二十;水溶性浸出物在19.4～29.8%之间,醇溶性浸出物在8.9～19.2%之间;有机氯类农药残留量,∑BHC在0～0.0429之间;总DDT为零;PCNB在0～0.0013之间。26批样品挥发油含量在1.6～2.7%之间,对其中6批样品挥发油含量做了深入分析,全草挥发油含量在2.61%～2.43%(ml/g)之间;根及根茎的挥发油在3.20%～3.04%(ml/g)之间;茎和叶的挥发油含量为0.36%～0.31%(ml/g)之间;并应用气相色谱-质谱分析的方法对北细辛根和根茎中的挥发性成分进行了化学成分鉴定;而后又应用高效液相色谱法对不同产地细辛中马兜铃酸的含量进行了测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study till different to Chang Bai mountain author producing area Radix of Asarum heterotropoides var.mandshuricum has carried out development in 2005 in 2004.Sampling 26 in total,and the physics and chemistry analysis having been in progress to the person.With water in between 5.8 to 12.7 percent; in the ash between 6.6 to 12.7 percent;Acid insoluble ash at between 0.9 to 5.6 percent;as none of the two millionths of salt;heavy metals have not been 20/1000000;Water-soluble extract in between 19.4 to 29.8 percent;Alcohol-in leaching of between 8.9 to 19.2 percent;Organic chlorine pesticide residue,∑BHC between 0 to 0.0429 total DDT zero;PCNB between 0 to 0.0013.26 samples approved in the volatile oil content of between 1.6 to 2.7 percent,Six of them approved of the volatile oil content of samples to do an in-depth analysis,all grass in the volatile oil content of between 2.61%～2.43%(ml/g);Rhizome and roots in the volatile oil between 3.20%～3.04%(ml/g) Stems and leaves the essential oil content of between 0.36%～0. 31%(ml/g);and application of GC-MS analysis of the way to the Radix of Asarum heterotropoides var. mandshuricum roots and rhizomes of the volatile components of the chemical constituents of identification,and then application of HPLC Radix of Asarum heterotropoides var.mandshuricum of different origin of aristolochic acid in the determination.更多还原
