氮源和碳源对怀牛膝悬浮培养细胞生长及多糖含量的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了氮源和碳源对怀牛膝悬浮培养细胞生长和多糖含量的影响。结果表明:怀牛膝细胞在添加不同氮源或碳源的培养基中培养18d,以60 mol·L-1 NO3-作为单一氮源时,细胞干重和多糖含量均最大,分别为32.5 g·L-1和5.06 mg·g-1;以总碳源浓度为45 g·L-1、蔗糖和葡萄糖比例为1:1时,细胞干重最大,为42.73 g·L-1;以60 g·L-1蔗糖作为单一碳源时,细胞中多糖含量最大,为5.76 mg·g-1

【Abstract】 The effect of nitrogen source and carbon source on the growth and polysaccharides contents of Achyranthesbidentata Bl suspending cell were studied in this work.The results indicated that:when 60 mol·L-1 NO3- was used as the sole nitrogen source,the cell dry weight and the polysaccharides contents after cultured for 18d could reach 32.5 g·L-1 and 6.56 mg·g-1 compared with other concentration and proportion of nitrogen source;Among the different carbon sources,when the carbon source concentration was 45 g·L-1 and sucrose:glucose was 1:1,the cell dry weight was the most and could be 42.73 g·L-1;the polysaccharides contents could be 5.76 mg·g-1 as 60 g·L-1 sucrose was used as the sole nitrogen source.
