白木香种子贮藏期间脂肪酸的动态变化

【摘要】 用索氏提取和GC-MS法对白木香种子贮藏期内含油量和脂肪酸动态变化进行分析。结果表明,新鲜种子含油量最低,贮藏5thd含油量最高,占种子干重的70.65%,而后保持平稳。贮藏期间共出现7种脂肪酸。8,11-十八碳二烯酸于前期出现,亚油酸在后期阶段性出现。种子富含不饱和脂肪酸,最高占总脂肪酸的74.99%,其中油酸最多,平均达总脂肪酸的62.54%。种子还含六甲基-二十四碳六烯酸,平均为4.66%。种子油中SFA:MUFA:PUFA有一定的波动,平均为1:2.37:0.32,SFA与MUFA同时增加或减少,与PUFA变化趋势相反。白木香种子贮藏期间含油量及脂肪酸动态变化明显。

【Abstract】 Soxhlet extraction and GC-MS method were used to determine the oil content and fatty acid components in Aquilaria Sinensis seeds during storage.It was concluded that fresh seeds had the lowest oil content.The oil content of seeds on 5th day was 70.65%,which was highest.It kept steady after 5 days. Aquilaria Sinensis seeds contained 7 kinds of fatty acids during their storage.8,11-octadecadienoic acid only was measured before the 5th day.Linolic acid just appeared several times.Unsaturated fatty acids were the main part of Aquilaria Sinensis seeds,and their content could reach to 74.99%.The average content of oleic acid was 62.45%,the most among them.The content of hexamethyl-tetracosahexaenoic acid was stable during storage.The ratio of SFA to MUFA to PUFA was 1:2.37:0.32.SFA and MUFA had the similar change trend, but different from PUFA.Dynamics of oil and fatty acids in Aquilaria Sinensis seeds was obvious during storage.
