葛粉中葛根素的高效液相色谱分析

【摘要】 目的:测定葛粉中葛根素的含量。方法:用HPLC法测定,以MeOH—H2O—HAc（30:70:0.5）为流动相,250nm为检测波长。结果:葛根素呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.76%。结论:该法简单、快速、准确。
【Abstract】 Object:Determination of Pueraria in Pueraria Powder Methods:Pueraria were determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was MeOH-H2O-HAc（30:70:0.5）.Detection wavelength was at 250nm.Results: Pueraria showed a good linear relationship.The average recovery was 98.6%and RSD was 1.76%.Conclusion: This method was simple,quick and accurate.
