厚朴资源评价及其保护与利用

【摘要】 目的调查并评价全国厚朴药材的野生资源状况、人工种植现状以及种质资源的遗传变异,同时对厚朴野生资源的保护和可持续利用提出合理化建议。方法通过实地考察并利用AFLP分子标记技术和HPLC技术对全国主要产区厚朴的种质资源进行分析。结果厚朴野生资源破坏严重,虽然栽培广泛但因种质缺乏标准化,导致各产区厚朴品质存在差异,目前厚朴种质仍保持较高的遗传多样性。结论厚朴的品质主要受遗传控制,建立保护区和通过人工种植的方式加以保护是防止厚朴资源枯竭的有效手段。
【Abstract】 Objective To study and evaluate the national wild medicinal resource,artificial cultivation and germplasm genetic variation of Magnolia officinalis.To make rationalization proposals concerning conservation of wild resource and its sustainable utilization.Method After a lot of field work,the germplasm resources of main producing areas of Magnolia officinalis were analyzed here based on AFLP and HPLC data. Result The wild resource suffered devastating destruction.Now this medicinal plant was widely cultivated,but the lack of germplasm standardization resulted in the quality difference of cortex Magnolia officinalis among different producing areas.Magnolia officinalis had moderately high levels of genetic variation at present. Conclusion The quality of cortex Magnolia officinalis is mainly determined by genes.Establishing nature reserves and a conservation-through-use approach are effective means to prevent the depletion of resources of Magnolia officinalis.
