100例AIDS机会性感染临床分析

【摘要】 目的通过对本地区艾滋病(AIDS)患者发生机会性感染病例的临床分析,探讨其传播途径和临床特点观察,CD4~+细胞计数与机会性感染之间的关系及治疗中存在的问题。方法收集2004年3月至2005年10月间我院收治的100例AIDS患者病例。统计机会性感染的疾病谱,检测CD4~+细胞水平,观察疗效及转归。结果血液传播占89%,CD4~+细胞计数水平不同,发生机会性感染所占的比例不同,抗病毒治疗与中药治疗对机会性感染的预后关系密切。结论血液传播是造成本地区HIV流行的主要因素。监测CD4~+细胞计数水平是预防机会性感染的关键。加强早期抗病毒及联合中药治疗对AIDS机会性感染的预后及转归有着重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By clinical analysis of opportunity-infection cases from local AIDS sufferers,it was discussed on AIDS’ spread-way and clinical feature of AIDS,relation between CD4~+ cell counting and opportunity-infection,treatment problems,and so on.Method:100 AIDS cases that were treated by our hospital from Mar.2004 to May 2005 had been collected to determine CD4~+ cell level,and to observe clinical effects and lapses.Result:blood spread account for 89%;happening possibility of opportunity-infection was in proportion to CD4~+ cell level;the treatment of anti-virus and Chinese herbs were tightly related with opportunity-infection. Conclusion:Blood spread plays a major role in local HIV prevalence.Monitoring of CD4~+ cell level is key to prevent opportunity-infection.Strengthening previous anti-virus treatment,or adding Chinese herbs treatment,is very important for cure of opportunity-infection and lapse.更多还原
