【摘要】 目的:采用指纹图谱技术优选寒热药物的提取方法。方法:建立寒热药物的指纹图谱,以未知成分的模糊数据（总色谱峰数量和总色谱峰面积）为评判指标,根据L₉3⁴正交试验设计,考察粉碎粒度、提取时间、提取温度、溶剂种类因素对提取方法的影响。结果:最佳提取条件:40目药材粉末,平行采用50%和70%甲醇作为溶剂,60℃水浴超声提取30min。结论:该提取方法合理可行,制备的供试药液能提供较多的寒热药物的成分信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:The purpose is optimization the extraction of the cold and hot natured Traditional Chinese Medieine(TCM) by HPLC fingerprint.METHODS:To develop the fingerprint of the cold and hot natured TCM,factors of the particle size,the extraction time,extraction temperature and the solvent sort that affect the yield of extract have been evaluated by L_g3~4 orthogonal test design with multi-index of the blurry data of the unknown ingredient including the total amount and area of all peaks of HPLC.RESULTS:The optimum condition of the extraction was:40-mesh powder,parallel 50%and 70%methanol as solvent,60℃water bath and 30 minutes for ultrasonic extraction process.CONCLUSION:The optimized extraction method is feasible and rational,the prepared sample solution can supply the more chemical composition information of the cold and hot natured TCM.更多还原
