针刀治疗臀上神经卡压症的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:通过对针刀、针灸治疗臀上神经卡压症的疗效进行比较,分析针刀治疗该病的疗效情况和作用机理以及存在的问题。方法:将60例病人随机分为2组,每组30例。针刀组采用针刀闭合性手术疗法,依照前期解剖观测结果所设计的手术入路行针刀剥离术;针灸组取患侧环跳、秩边、居髎、委中、阿是穴,施以普通针刺。使用痛阈测定仪分别测量两组治疗过程中的痛阈值变化。结果:2组总有效率分别为96.67%、80.00%。针刀组疗效优于针灸组(P<0.01)。针刀组痛阈值平均上升幅度优于针灸组(P<0.01)。结论:针刀治疗臀上神经卡压症能使痛阈值升高,改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study by comparison of curative effect between knife-needle and acupuncture for the treatment of superior gluteal nerve compression syndrome,analysis knife-needle treatment of the disease mechanism and efficacy,as well as the problems.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases. Group closed knife used knife surgery therapy,according to preliminary results were observed by the design of the surgical approach to stripping knife;acupuncture group took the diseased side Huantiao,Zhibian,Juliao,Weizhong,Ashi point,etc.The pain threshold for the use of the two groups were measured in the course of treatment the pain threshold of change.Results:The total efficiency of 96.67 percent,respectively,80.00 percent.Knife Group effective than acupuncture group(P<0.01).Knife group pain threshold than the average increase in acupuncture group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The knife-needle for the treatment of superior gluteal nerve compression syndrome can increase the pain threshold, improve the clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.更多还原
