【摘要】 目的:探讨补肾调经方对ASR卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡及相关酶Caspase-3的影响。方法:利用免疫组化法,检测并比较ASR模型组、正常组、补肾调经方高剂量组和低剂量组大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡及相关酶Caspase-3的表达。结果:免疫组化结果显示,各组卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡及相关酶Caspase-3的平均灰度大小排列顺序为:模型组<补肾低剂量组<补肾高剂量组<正常组。结论:补肾调经方可不同程度地减少颗粒细胞Caspase-3和凋亡的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study was explore the effect of Bushentiaojing Precipe on the expression of ovarian granular apoptosis and caspase - 3 in ASR.Methods:Used the method of Immunocytochemistry to observe and compare the expression of granular apoptosis and caspase - 3 in ASR,normal,high - dose and low - dose group.Results:There were stronger expression of granular apoptosis and caspase - 3 in ASR than that in other 3 groups,weaker expression in treated rats,weakest expression in normal group.Conclusions:Bushentiaojing Precipe can decreased the expression of granular apoptosis and caspase - 3 in ASR.更多还原
