“5.12”地震陇南灾区上肢骨折情况调查与分析

【摘要】 目的:调查分析"5.12"地震甘肃陇南下肢骨折情况,进一步讨论如何采取措施应对突发灾害。方法:采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,对甘肃陇南地震受灾人口进行抽样调查,重点对伤员伤情、致伤原因、救治方法进行统计学分析。结果:在此次地震伤抽样调查中共有1652人,死亡16人,上肢骨折病人239人,占总人数的14.5%,其中尺桡骨骨折59人,占上肢骨折病人的24.7%,同时调查发现下肢骨折与职业有一定关系。通过有组织的及时救助伤员,减少了并发症的发生,降低了死亡率。结论:总结出了下肢骨折病人救治的经验,为抗震救灾提供了依据和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigation of"5.12"earthquake Longnan in Gansu lower extremity fractures,to further discuss measures to deal with unexpected disasters. Methods:A questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods,the Longnan in Gansu earthquake affected population sampling survey,focusing on the wounded injury,the injury causes,treatment methods of statistical analysis.Results:The sample survey of the earthquake injured in a total of 1652 people,killed 16 people,upper limb fracture of 239 patients,accounting for 14.5 percent of the total,of which 59-foot radius bone fracture,or upper limb fracture patients 24.7 percent,while investigations revealed that the lower limbs Fracture and a certain professional relationship.Organized by the timely rescue the wounded,to reduce the incidence of complications and reduce the mortality rate.Conclusion:a lower limb fracture summed up the experience of patients for medical treatment for earthquake relief provided a basis and method.更多还原
